Abstract
Bu tezde Hanefî mezhebinin Maveraunnehir ve Anadolu coğrafyasında yetişmiş olan VIII ve IX. yüzyıl âlim ve fakihlerinden Tâcüşşerîa el-Mahbûbî, Lütfullah el-Keydânî ve Kutbuddin İznikî ve bunların namaza dair eserleri inceleme konusu yapılmıştır. Söz konusu âlimler fıkhî yönden halkın nabzını tutacak ve onların kolay anlayabilecekleri el- Vikâye, Fıkhu’l-Keydânî ve el-Mukaddime isimli eserler telif etmişlerdir. Tezde bu eserlerin namaz bahsi farklı açılardan ele alınıp incelenmiş ve mukayeseler yapılmıştır. Tez, girişi takip eden iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde ilmihallerle ilgili genel bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde müelliflerin hayatları, eserleri ve tez konusu olan eserlerin üzerine yapılan çalışmalar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. İkinci bölümde tez konusu olan eserler kronolojik olarak ele alınmış, eserlerin şekil ve muhteva özellikleri üzerinde durulmuş ve ortak ve farklı yönleri tespit edilerek mukayesesi yapılmıştır.
This thesis shows us the Works of Hanafi sects scholars Tâcüşşerîa el-Mahbûbî, Lütfullah el-Keydânî and Kutbuddin İznikî’s studies related with the namaz in thegeography of Transoxiana and AnatoliainVIII and IX centuries. These scholars have written the copyrighs that can hold the pulse of the people and they can understand fiqh as their ways named as al-Vika, Fıkhu'l-Keydânî and el-Muqaddima. Inthis thesis, the namaz has been refer redand different aspects are handled and examined, and comparisons weremade. Thesis consists of two sections. In the introduction part the over view about the cathechism has been provided. In the first section, the lives of authors, works, and studies and information about the thesis on the subject is given. These cond part of the thesis topic is discussed in chronologicalorder, the works focused on the shape and substance to the characteristics and commonalities, their comparison and differences have been identified.
