Abstract
Bu çalışmada uluslar arası düzeyde kabul görmüş ve bütün çevresel konuları belirleyen, planlanmış, koordine edilmiş, ve genel yönetim sisteminin bir parçası haline gelmiş ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Standardının uygulama aşamaları, mevcut kaynaklardan yararlanılarak tanıtılmış ve otomotiv sektörüne ait bir uygulama örneği sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın ilk bölümünde ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi tanıtılmış, standartların kabul süreci ve ISO 9000 Kalite Sistemi ile karşılaştırılması yapılmıştır. Daha sonra kuruluşların ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemini alabilmeleri için kuruluş bünyesinde yapılan çalışmalar ve bu çalışmaların içeriği anlatılarak sistemin avantajları, sistemin başarılı olması için yapılması gerekenler ve karşılaşılabilecek zorluklar ile bu zorluklara karşı neler yapılması gerektiği ortaya konmuştur. Daha sonraki bölümde ise, ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Standardının Şartları açıklanarak, otomotiv sektöründe uygulamaları anlatılmıştır. Standart şartlarına göre verilen uygulamaların yer aldığı otomotiv firmalarının tamamı ISO 14001 Çevre Yönetim Sistemi Belgesine sahip olup, Otomotiv Sanayicileri Derneğinin izin verdiği ölçüde sistemi uygulama örneklerine yer verilmiş ve bu tez çalışmasının bir uygulama rehberi olmasına özen gösterilmiştir.
In this study the applications of the ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard which was accepted in the intemational level has been presented by using sources and one of the example was given regarding the automotive sector. ISO 14001 is the part of the General Management System planned and coordinated by ali environmental subjects. In the first part of this study, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System was introduced and acceptance process of the standards were examined. This thesis also includes the comparison between the ISO 9000 an ISO 14001 Environmental Management System. After this in order to get the ISO 14001 vvhich specialities are required in a company how can be successful by applying this system are explained. To reach these standards what should be done in the company and how can be coped with the difficulties to set these standards were also examined. In the last part, the connditions to recieve on ISO 14001 Enviranmental Management System Standart are explained, case studies from the automative industry are discussed. The samples are extracted industry are discussed. The samples are extracted from the sources of Automative industry Asscation and are based on the companies which ali have acquired the ISO / 14001 Standart. The aim of the study is to build a handbook of applications of successful case studies.
