Abstract
Bu çalışmada, Bursa ili atmosferinde 6 Eylül 2013 – 6 Eylül 2014 tarihleri arasındaki bir yıllık süre boyunca Lanzoni VPPS 2000 cihazı kullanılarak yapılan çalışmada, sayım metodundaki değişikliklerinin atmosferik polen verileri üzerindeki etkileri araştırılmıştır. Çalışmada, 4 boyuna hat ve 24 enine hat olmak üzere iki farklı sayım yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda 4 hat ile yapılan sayım yöntemine göre 53 taksona ait 49 209 ve 250 bilinmeyen olmak üzere toplam 49 459 polen/m3, 24 hat ile yapılan sayım yöntemine göre 51 taksona ait 43 049 ve 138 bilinmeyen olmak üzere toplam 43 187 polen/m3 belirlenmiştir. Her iki yönteme göre yapılan incelemerlerde en yüksek polen miktarına Nisan ayında ulaşıldığı saptanmıştır. Nisan ayında 4 boyuna hat ile yapılan sayım yöntemine göre 38 taksona ait 13 623 ve 85 bilinmeyen olmak üzere toplam 13 708 polen/m3; 24 enine hat ile yapılan sayım yöntemine göre 37 taksona ait 11 922 ve 42 bilinmeyen olmak üzere toplam 11 964 polen/m3 tespit edilmiştir.
In this study, atmospheric polen sampling performed by using Lanzoni VPPS 2000 trap between 6 September 2013 – 6 September 2014 in the atmosphere of Bursa. As a result of this study, a total of 49 459 polen/m3 (49 209 identified and 250 unidentified ) determined belonging to 53 taxa. according to the counting method with 4 lines and a total of 43 187 polen/m3 (43 049 identified and 138 unidentified) determined belonging to 51 taxa. according to the counting method with 24 lines. In the counting method with 4 lines in April 38 taxa belonging to (13 623 identified and 85 unknown) total of 13 708 pollen / m3 and in the counting method with 24 lines in April 37 taxa belonging to (11 922 identified and 42 unidentified) total 11 96 /m3 pollen. April was determined to have reached the highest level.
