Abstract
Bu çalışmanın temel amacı Bursa İlinde imalat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren KOBİ’lerin yeşil tedarik zinciri yönetimi uygulamaları üzerine bir değerlendirme yapmaktadır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda veriler 103 işletmeden kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle toplanmıştır ve SPSS 21 programıyla analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada öncelikli olarak, KOBİ’lerdeki yeşil uygulamaların, yeşil uygulamaların itici güçlerinin ve yeşil uygulamaların önündeki engellerin, işletmelerin genel özellikleri ile olan ilişkilerinin ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu ilişkiler t testi analizi ile ortaya konulmuştur. Daha sonra ise, yeşil uygulamaların itici güçlerini oluşturan faktörlerin, KOBİ’lerdeki yeşil uygulamalar üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek hedeflenmiş ve ilgili literatürden de yararlanılarak bir model oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmanın modeli üç ayrı çoklu doğrusal regresyon analizi ile test edilmiştir. Bu araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda, finansal itici güçlerin, yeşil uygulamalar üzerinde en etkili itici güç olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın bir diğer önemli bulgusu, işletmelerdeki yeşil uygulamaların, işletmeleri yeşil uygulamalara iten (yönlendiren) nedenlerin ve işletmelerin karşılaştıkları engellerin, işletmelerin genel özelliklerine göre değişiklik gösterdiğinin tespitidir.
The main aim of this study is to make an evaluation on the green supply management applications for SME’s involved in manufacturing in Bursa. The data is collected by using convenience sampling method from 103 SME's and analysed with SPSS 21 programme. The priority of this study is to establish the relationship between green applications, the forces driving the SME's to green applications and the obstacles for the green applications with the basic general character of SME's. This relationship is shown by using t test analysis. Later it was aimed to study the factors driving green applications effect on green applications and a model was formed by using the relevant literature. The model so created was tested by using 3 separate multi linear regression analysis. As a result of this study it was established that the financial driving forces are are the most effective driving forces on the green applications. The other important finding of this study is that green applications, the forces driving the SME's to green applications and the obstacles for the green applications varied according to general characteristics of the SME's.
