Abstract
Başlangıç olarak kalite ve Kalite Güvence Sisteminin genel tanımları yapılarak, geçmiş ve günümüzdeki Kalite Sistemi anlayışı karşılaştırılmıştır. ISO 9001 Kalite Güvence Sisteminin temel yirmi maddesi, tüm detaylarıyla "Materyal" bölümünde incelenmiştir. Standardın şartlarının ; A firması olarak nitelendirilen bir konfeksiyon işletmesinde yerine getirilmesi ve devam ettirilebilmesi için yapılması gereken çalışmalar, düzeltilmesi gereken konular ve hazırlanacak olan dokümanların tespit edilmesi, "Yöntem" bölümünde anlatılmıştır. Kalite Güvence Sisteminin oluşturulması çalışmalarında A firmasının destek aldığı Danışman Firmanın yetkilileri ile birlikte çalışılmıştır. Belirlenen dokümanlar ISO 9001 Standardının öngördüğü şekilde hazırlanmış ve "Bulgular " bölümünde anlatılmıştır. Şirketin ISO 9001 Kalite Güvence Sistem Belgesini alması için gerekli olan temel dokümanların tamamı "Ekler" bölümünde verilmiştir. Sonuç olarak A firması, tez genelinde anlatılan bilgiler doğrultusunda hazırlanan temel dokümanlardan yola çıkarak standardın istediği diğer dokümanları da tamamlayarak belge alımı için resmi başvuru yapmaya hazır duruma gelmiştir.
At first, The Quality and Quality Assurance System concept has been explained, and the old & new Quality system mind had been compared. The main twenty topics of ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System has been investigated by all the details on the "Material" section. The studies for applying and continueing with the reasons of the standard for the clothing plant that is named Company "A", has been told on the "Method" section. Also, the subjects that have to be to improved and the documents that have to be prepared has been told on the "Method" section.In the studies for the constitution of Quality Assurance System has been worked together with the authorities of adviser company. The documents that has been written and prepared according to ISO 9001 Standard has been told on the " Diagnosis " section. All of the main documents, which are nessesary for the certificate of the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance System on the company has been given on the " Additional" section. Finally, Company " A " is ready to achieve the certificate after the written documents have been made ready from the base onwards.
