Abstract
Türkçenin yapısal özelliklerinin başında eklemeli bir dil olduğu gelmektedir. Türkçede farklı işlevler üstlenmiş olan ekler, dilin işleyişini yürütürler. Dil canlı bir varlık olduğu için Türkçenin yapısal özelliklerinde de bir takım değişme ve gelişmelerin olması doğaldır. Türkçenin bugünkü durumunun doğru biçimde değerlendirilmesi için yazı dilinin ilk ürünlerinden günümüze gelinceye kadar üretilmiş olan eserlerden hareketle yapısal gelişim seyrinin takip edilmesi gerekir. Şimdiye kadar bu doğrultuda yapılan çalışmalara katkıda bulunması amacıyla Bu çalışmada "XVIII. yüzyıl Sefaretnamelerinde Türetme ve İşletme Ekleri" konusu ele alınmıştır. Çalışmanın temel amacı, Sefaretname metinleri doğrultusunda, XVIII. yüzyıl Osmanlı Türkçesindeki kullanılan bütün ekleri tespit etmek ve işlevlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bunun için XVIII. Yüzyıl Sefaretnameleri arasından seçilen dokuz eserde geçen bütün ekler işlevlerine göre incelenmiş ve Eski Anadolu Türkçesi ile Türkiye Türkçesindeki eklerle de karşılaştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın giriş bölümünde Sefaretnamelerin özellikleri, XVIII. Yüzyılın imlası ve eklerin sınıflandırılması ile ilgili bilgiler verilmiştir. Dört bölümden oluşan inceleme kısmında Sefaretnamelerde geçen ekler, 'türetme ekleri", "tür değiştirici ekler", "işletme ekleri" ve "kategori ekleri" şeklinde sınıflandırılarak işlevlerine göre incelenmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde genel bir değerlendirme yapılmış, sefaretnamelerin çeviri yazı metinleri beşinci bölüm olarak çalışmaya dahil edilmiştir.
One of the pre-eminent features of Turkish language structure is that it is classified as an aglutinative language. The affixes showing different functions are responsible for the formation process of language. As language is accepted as a living concept it is quite possible to encounter such changes and developments in structual features of Turkish language. In order to evaluate the position of Turkish language exactly, the structural development process should be followed by analysing the works which have been created from the beginning of written language up today. Aiming at contributing the works to have been produced on this field recently, 'Derivational and Inflectional Affixes in the lgth century Sefaretname (The Letters of An Embasy) is dealt with in this study. The main purpose of the study is to find all affixes used in the lgth Century Onoman Turkish and to clarify their functions. Therefor all the affixes used in the nine works chosen randomly from among the lath century Sefaretname are analysed considering their functions and made comparison among the Old Anatolian Turkish and the Turkish spoken in Turkey. In the introduction section, the common features of the Sefaretname, isth century spelling characteristics and the classification of the affixes are given. In the analysis section including four sub sections, the affixes used in the Sefaretname are classified as ' derivational suffixes changing affixes", "class-changing affixes", "inflectional affixes" and "category affixes" and examined according to the their functions. In the conclusion, an overall evaluation of the study cold be seen, the transcriptied texts of the Sefaretname are given in the fifth part of the study.
