Abstract
Türkiye'de sanayileşmenin 1960'lardan bu yana yükselmeye başladığı genellikle kabul edilir. Sanayileşmenin bir sonucu olarak kırsal kesimdeki nüfus fazlasının fabrikalara yöneldiği ve köylü-kentli nüfus oranının giderek kentler lehine değiştiği de bir başka gerçektir. Ancak şunu da belirtmeliyiz ki Cumhuriyet'in kurulduğu yıllarda %80'ni köylerde oturan Türk insanının 1970'lerde bile çoğunluğu kırsal kesimde yaşamakta idi. Bu bağlamda Cumhuriyetimizin 50. kuruluş yıldönümünde bile tarım ağırlıklı bir toplum olduğumuzu söylemek mümkündür. Oysa günümüzde tarımın kimi bölgelerde üçüncül bir ekonomik değer gözüktüğünü kabul edecek olursak, 1970'lerden sonra kırsal kesimde yaşayan insanlarımızın sosyo-ekonomik yaşamını etkileyen baş döndürücü bir değişimin var olduğunu söyleyebiliriz. Araştırmamız bu değişimi Bursa yerelinde bilimsel verilerle ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır.
It is generally agreed that the industrialization in Turkey has started to rise since 1960's. It is another fact that as a result of industrialization overpopulation in countryside has canalized to factories and that the population rate of countryman-urbanite has gradually changed in favour of urbans. However we also have to point out that most of Turkish people, of which 80% were residing in villages in the years that the Republic was founded, were living in countryside even in 1970's. In this regard, it is possible to say that we were an agriculture weighted society even at 50th foundation anniversary of our Republic. But nowadays, if we agree that agriculture seems as a tertiary economic value in some areas, we can say that there is a stunning change, after 1970's, effecting socio-economic life of our people living in countryside. Our research aims to exhibit this change, in the locality of Bursa, with scientific data.
