Abstract
Dört bölümde ele aldığım bu çalışmanın giriş bölümünde mübadele fikrinin doğuşu ile mübadele öncesi genel durum ve konunun Lozan'da çözüme kavuşturulması sürecine yer verdim. İkinci bölümde, Türkiye'ye gelen mübadiller açısından mübadele uygulamasının başlamasından önce hazırlıklar ile gündeme gelen ve uygulamada ortaya çıkan sorunlar, bunların çözümüne yönelik çabalar ve en nihayetinde mübadillerin üretici duruma getirilerek ekonomik yaşama eklemlenmeleri, toplumsal ve siyasal yaşama katılmaları ele alınmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde, ikinci bölümde Türkiye tarafı ele alınan konunun Yunanistan tarafındaki etkileri incelenmiş ve Rum mübadillerin Yunanistan'ın sosyo-ekonomik yapısına etkileri ortaya konmuştur. İlk bölümden farklı olarak bu bölümde göçmenlerin Yunanistan'daki siyasal yaşama etkileri de ayrı bir alt başlıkta ele alınmış; bunda da komünist hareketin gelişmesinde göçmenlerin ve mübadelenin ayrı bir öneme sahip olması etkili olmuştur. Son bölümde ise iki ülkeyi yeniden savaşın eşiğine getiren mübadelenin uygulaması ile ilgili olarak etabli sorunu ele alınmıştır.
In the introduction section of the present study I have covered in four different section, I have emphasized the emergence of exchange and pre-exchange overall circumstance and the process of the matter for seeking solution at Lausanne. In the section, in terms of immigrants coming to Turkey problems encountered further to preparations owing to commencement of exchange process and encountered during implementations and efforts for finding solutions and finally immigrant's participation into economic life providing gainful skills and their participation into social life have been included. In the third section, impacts of the matter handled in Turkish side created in Greek section have been settled. Contrary to the first section, in the present section immigrant's influences over the Greek social life was evaluated under a separate headline; again in that matter in the development of communist movement immigrant's and exchange process had an independent impact. In the fourth section, pertaining to the implementation of exchange process causing both countries bound to war was evaluated. In the conclusion section, anticipation of both country's leaders and public about the war taken into analysis and criticism were motivated relying on the fact that exchange was an inevitable action had to be carried out.
