Abstract

Recurrent tracheo-oesophageal fistula (TEF) is the most common and serious complication of the treatment of oesophageal atresia with TEF. Following this complication, the patient might need several operations. In this study, the authors report on the treatment of recurrent TEF using bronchoscopic application of fibrin glue (FG) to the fistula tract.
