Abstract
Bu çalışmada 14 tavuk plexus sacralis 'i ile bunu oluşturan ramus ventralis 'ler makro-anatomik ve subgros yönden incelenmiştir. % 10 formol solüsyonunda tespit edilmiş sinirlerden 2-3 mm kalınlığında enine kesitler alınmıştır. Bu kesitler çini mürekkebi ile boyandıktan sonra stereo mikroskopta incelemiştir. Bunlara ait çeşitli ölçüler ile birlikte başlıca şu özellikler tespit edilmiştir: 1- Tavuklarda plexus sacralis 26.-30.' spinal sinirlerin ventral kollarından oluşmaktadır. 2- Ramus ventralis 'ler ile bunların oluşturdukları birleşmeler birer sinir demetinden meydana gelmektedir. 3- En büyük demet çapına S2 ile S3, en küçük demet çapına da S5 sahiptir. S1 ile S4 'ün demet çapları da bunların ortası düzeyindedir. 4- N. tibialis ile n. fibularis birer büyük sinir demetinden meydana gelir. 5- Uyluğun caudalie giden sinir kolları plexus 'un distaline doğru oluşurlar. Bunlara ait sinir demetleri plexus 'un caudal ve caudo lateralinde bulunur.
In this study, the sacral plexus and ventral rami formed it from 14 chicken were macro-anatomic and subgrossly examined The dissected nerves from the animals were fıxed in 10 % formaldehyde solution çmd cross-sectioned in 2-3 mm thickness. They were examined by stereo microscope after painting with india ink and several measurements were also obtained. The results could be summarised as follows:1- The sacral plexus of the chicken were formed by the ventral branches of spinal nerves 26 to 30. 2- The ventral rami and the units formed by them consist of a nerves fasciculus one each. 3- S2 and S3 have the biggest diameters and S5 has the smallest diameters and S1 and S4 vary between values. 4- Tibial and fibular nerves consist of a large nerves fasciculus one each. 5- The nervi branches gone to the caudal part of thigh arise from distal part of the plexus. The nerve fascicule formed the branches have located in caudal and caudolateral parts of the plexus.
