Abstract
Bu çalışma Türkiye' de Bursa ili baz alınarak vergi mükelleflerinin, vergi aflarına yönelik görüşlerinin vergi adaleti algısı ve vergi uyumu üzerinde etkisinin olup olmadığını araştırmayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma kapsamında, 754 denekten elde edilen veriler dikkate alınmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçeklerin güvenirlilikleri Cronbach Alfa Katsayısı yöntemi ile test edilmiştir. Ölçeklerin geçerliliklerinde ise Faktör analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin güvenirlilik ve geçerlilikleri belirlendikten sonra araştırma hipotezleri Basit Doğrusal Regresyon Analizi ile test edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda vergi mükelleflerinin vergi aflarıyla birlikte adalet algıları ve vergiye uyum düzeylerinin değiştiği, vergi aflarına ilişkin olumsuz görüşlerin vergi adaleti algısını ve vergi uyumunu azalttığı tespit edilmiştir.
This study aimed aimed at investigating whether taxpayers'in wiews towards tax amnesties have an infwence on the perception of tax justice and tax compliance basing on Bursa Province in Turkey. Within the scope of this study, the data obtained from 754 experimental, subjects have been taken into consideration. The reliability of the scales used in the study was tested by the Cronbach Alpha Coefficient method. In the validity of the scales, factor analysis method has been used. Study hypothesis have been tested with Simple Linear Regression Analysis after the reliabilityand validity of scales were designated. As a result of this study it has been determined that taxpayers'perception of justice and level of tax compliance change by the help of tax amnesties and adverse opinios regarding tax amnesties decrease the tax compliance and the perception of of tax justice.
