Abstract
Yazmış olduğu farklı disiplinler ile ilgili pek çok eser ve İslâm düşünce geleneğinin pek de alışık olmadığı türden farklı tercihler eşliğinde yaşanmış sıra dışı bir hayat tecrübesine sahip olan mütefekkir Gazâlî, insanlık tarihinde kendisine özel bir yer edinmiş, kıymetli bir düşünürdür. Biz bu çalışmamızda, Gazâlî'nin, devlet başkanlarına Kur'an, sünnet, Hülafâ-i Râşidin'in ve tarihte isminden övgüyle bahsedilen bazı önemli devlet adamlarının tecrübelerinden faydalanarak kaleme aldığı Nasîhatü'l-Mülûk isimli eserinde, muhatabına hangi yetkinlikleri kazandırmayı hedeflediğini ve devlet başkanının sahip olmasını zorunlu gördüğü ahlâkî erdemleri belirlemeye çalıştık. Çalışmamızın temelini oluşturmak için de öncelikle; İslâm siyasetnâme geleneğinin teşekkülünde etkili olan sâikleri ele aldık ve siyâsetnâmeleri yazılış gayeleri ile muhtevâlarına göre sınıflandırdık. Bu bağlamda, "Nasîhatü'l-Mülûk" ve "Ahkâmü's-Sultâniyye" başlıklarıyla ele aldığımız eserlerin tasnifini yaptıktan sonra Gazâlî'nin bu alanı zenginleştiren ve aynı türde yazılmış olan diğer eserlere, mevcut gelenekte öncülük eden kitabını, tetkik etmeye çalıştık.
Al-Ghazali, who has an extraordinary life experience, accompanied by many works related to the different disciplines and different preferences of which Islamic thought and tradition, is a valuable thinker. In this study, we tried to determine the moral virtues that the president, the leaders of today's world and some important statesmen, found inevitable in the light of Ghazali, the head of state of the Qur'an, Sunnah, via praised in the name of history by taking advantage of the experience of Hülafâ-i Râşidin and Nasîhatü'l-Mülûk penned in his work, which aims to gain the competencies of Muslims. In order to form the basis of our study; We have classified the cults, which are the factors in the formation of Islamic politic tradition and according to their content and purposes. In this context, after classifying the works we have discussed under the titles "Nasîhatu'l-Mulûk" and k Ahkâmu's-Sultâniyye ık, we tried to examine Gazâli's book that enriches this area and affects other works written in the same genre in many respects.
