Abstract
Bu çalışmada, çocuk hakları eğitiminin psikolojik çıktılarını incelemek ve hak eğitiminin yöneleceği hedef grupları psikolojinin bakış açısından yeniden çerçevelemek amaçlanmaktadır. Bu amaç gözetilerek, öncelikle çocukluğun değişen tanımı, çocuk haklarının korunması fikri üzerine çalışanların örnek projeleri ele alınmakta ve çocuk hakları eğitiminin psikolojik yararlarını inceleyen çalışmalar aktarılmaktadır. Bulgular, hak eğitiminin pek çok açıdan etkisinin yanı sıra çocukta benlik ve iyi oluş üzerinde koruyucu olabileceğine işaret etmektedir. Bu çalışmanın ikinci amacı, çocuk hakları eğitiminin profesyonel ve toplumsal düzeylerde uygulanmasının olası toplumsal yansımalarını belirlemektir. Çalışma, psikolojik bakış açısının çocuk hakları çalışmalarına katkılarına odaklanarak, çocuklardan farklı grupların hak eğitimi ihtiyacının belirlenmesine yönelik önerilerle sonlandırılacaktır.
In this study, it is aimed to examine the psychological outcomes of the education of children's rights and to reframe the target groups from the perspective of psychology. With this purpose in mind, the changing definition of childhood and the representative projects of children’s’ rights are introduced and the psychological scope of interest will be determined. Findings indicate that children’s rights education can be effective in many ways and protective for self and well-being in children. The second objective of this work is identifying of the possible positive societal reflections of children's rights education at professional and societal levels. The study will be concluded with suggestions to determine the need for including different groups to children’s rights training, focusing on the contribution of the psychological perspective to children's rights studies.
