Abstract
Muhammed Âbid el-Câbirî çağdaş İslam düşüncesinin önemli isimlerinden biridir. O, İslâm düşüncesinin problemlerine sistematik anlamda kafa yormuş, çözüm önerileri sunmaya çalışmıştır. Epistemolojik ve ontolojik problemler onun zihnini daha fazla meşgul etmiştir. Bu çalışma, onun düşüncesinde din-siyaset ilişkisini ve buna ilişkin problemleri incelemeyi amaçlamıştır. Câbirî'ye göre din, kültürel ve siyasî anlandaki uygulamalarda önemli bir etkendir. Hz. Peygamber'in hayatında din, O'nun sadece inanç dünyasında değil, sosyal ve siyasî ilişkilerinde de etkili olmuştur. Ancak O'nun vefatından sonra, dört halife döneminde işin rengi değişmiş, özelikle siyasî gelişmelerde inancın yanında, kabile, akide ve ganimet unsurları etkili ve belirleyici olmuştur. Câbiri'ye göre din, siyasetin aleti olmamalıdır, ama siyasette dinin kendi sistematiği içinde etkinliği devam etmektedir. Çünkü din, hayatı bütünüyle kuşatır. Ona göre siyasî ilişkilerde kabile, akide ve ganimet duygusunun belirleyici olması, Arap-İslâm düşüncesinde yaşanmış birçok problemin temelinde yatan ana nedendir.
Muhammed Âbid EL-Jabrî is one of the importnat figures in İslamic thought. He made systematıcal study on problems of İslamic thought and solutions. Epistemology and ontology problems occupies his thought.Tthis study aims to investigate religion and politics relationship in his thought. According to Jabirî, religion is an important factor pratically in cultural and political field. Religion in life of the Prophet, is not only in his fatih world, also is an effective factor in social and political relationship. But after his death, during the period of the four caliphs the relationship colour changes, espeacially in plitical developments, beside fatih, tribe and spoils elements were effective ande determinant. Accordiing to Jabri religion must not be a political tool, while in politics religion contiunes its activity in is system. Because religion encloses life in its whole. According to him, in political relationship tribe, fatih and spoil sentiment has a determinant, is the fundamental reason behind most problems in Arap-İslamic thought.
